Making jewelry is SUCH a joy! My goal is to represent the individuality of each wearer by designing one of a kind pieces. No two people are the same and I think jewelry should highlight that uniqueness.
My process is making a woven wire frame to pair with a gemstone. It is a very intricate process which adds to the level of personalization within each piece. I work in wire and make cold connection jewelry using metals including- sterling silver, brass, gunmetal, and copper. I collect all kinds of gemstones that I obtain in a variety of ways. I am always hunting for gem shops and fairs in my travels so most of my stones come with a little history and their meaningful properties.
